GEM Conference 2025 Presentations
We held our 2025 GEM conference on 3rd November at the Mermaid Theatre in London. The theme of the event was the future of travel. In the morning we focussed on AI, looking at hype versus hope for how AI will affect the way we do business, as well as a more detailed dive into AI for marketing.
The afternoon was given to future skills development, as part of ETOA’s participation in the EC-sponsored PANTOUR project on future skills in tourism. We discussed what tourism jobs will look like in five years’ time, and delved deeper into the three skills pillars of the PATONUR project – digital, social and green.
