Policy decisions at all levels have practical consequences, from tourism taxes and city access to cross-border travel protocols and coach driver regulation. Group restrictions, pricing and ticketing processes for museums, attractions all affect planning and production.

ETOA is primarily a B2B network that exists to help its members do business in Europe. Its membership also includes over 100 national, regional, and local destination management organisations. How tourism can and should function is our common interest.

Through our working groups we monitor members’ operating challenges, provide efficient and confidential forums for information-sharing, and a chance for public and private sector to work collaboratively when the opportunity arises. For more information, please contact us.
