ETOA Constitution

Founded in 1989, the association is controlled by the European Tourism Association AISBL, a Belgian international non-profit organisation whose official short name is ETOA. It is the sole voting member of the European Tour Operators Association Limited, a UK company limited by guarantee that acts as the association’s commercial and operational hub, trading as the European tourism association – ETOA. All ETOA members are affiliated to both Belgian and UK entities. Paid-up buyer members are voting members of the European Tourism Association AISBL. Members are bound by statutes and internal rules.
