Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our Adventure Europe online event.

It’s good to know that the keynote session was a success and that many of you found the event valuable in terms of what was covered, meeting durations, and buyer types. Your feedback about no-shows and the challenges managing and retrieving contact details is most appreciated and we will work to establish better access and information to make your experience the best it can be.  We’ll also review the platform and meeting management system to streamline processes and functionality. Moving forward, our key aims are to improve communication around buyer expectations, as well as to provide clearer instructions on how to manage contact details.

Most of my pre-scheduled meetings this time were with the UK and Ireland, accounting for about 50%. I hope that there will be opportunities to balance the resource matching between southeast, northwest, and north Europe in the future, so that the number is relatively balanced.
