As such, the European Commission has invited it to circulate a survey seeking to determine the impact of the new directive that came into force July 2018. To complete, please click here. The survey only applies to companies selling to EU/EEA consumers who booked online.
The more companies selling packages or elements of Linked Travel Arrangements that complete the survey, the more representative the results. Please forward as appropriate.
