ETOA – European tourism association has partnered with Miki Reps, extending access to members to their series of Asian roadshows.

In October, the roadshow will visit Seoul. This roadshow will bring 40-50 local agents and operators will join as recruited by the MikiReps team.

The schedule is below; ETOA members receive a special discount on the price that includes access to the events and local accommodation, but excludes the flights.

• • 09.00-13.30 | Seminar Event and Lunch – 40-50 travel agents and tour operators

• • Hotel Venue – Lotte Hotel Seoul

Offer includes:

• • The event will be structured as seminar presentations (utilising round table or theatre
    style seating to maximise audience attention)

• • One (1) dedicated MIKI Reps representative will join and run the event to
    manage the overall organisation and quality control. Local teams will support the events.

• • 1 rooms at above hotels for 2 nights for each paying partner.

• • Transportation: for airport hotel transfers

• • MIKI will actively promote the events to targeted travel agents, managing all
    appointment bookings and RSVPs for the travel trade lunch.

• • MIKI will launch a LinkedIn post to generate buzz and support the events.

• • MIKI will supply a detailed database of qualified agents, including company profiles,
    contact info, of the key decision-makers.
