very usefull event

This was my first BIM and my first ETOA event and it was fantastic. I was hugely impressed with everything: first and foremost the QUALITY of the contacts and meetings throughout the day was invaluable - particularly as a smaller newer business. Secondly, the seamless organisation and details (excellent refreshments and lunch, and things like extra pens etc.) made stress free and enjoyable while also providing invaluable connections. Thank you very much ETOA.

The organization and the venue were excellent and the quality of the meetings held was very high, which will facilitate the planning of new itineraries in the UK within the year 2026.

This was a superb event. It was exceptionally well organised and my meetings were great.
