ETOA Brexit Seminar for the Travel & Tourism Sector

ETOA will be hosting a Brexit seminar on the day the UK is scheduled to leave the EU if no deal has been brokered – Thursday 31 October for the travel and tourism sector at the Barbican Centre, London from 11.00-17.00. The event is free and available to live stream and will be recorded.

The seminar will provide up-to-date information, expert insight, and assess sectoral preparedness.

Speakers will include UK Government officials; industry associations; destination management associations; legal and tax experts and the content will cover a range of issues including:

  • Movement of people including immigration and posted workers
  • Border arrangements
  • Transport
  • Regulation & business continuity
  • Tax

In accordance with UK Government wishes, the seminar is free to attend for all businesses, not just ETOA members. Capacity is strictly limited and attendance, initially, will be restricted to one representative per company. More space may be made available after 25th October.

There will be Q&A sessions, but to maximise efficiency, please submit short questions on the registration form.
