Boravišna Taksa

There are two types of tourist taxes (boravišna taksa) levied on visitors. Either a:    

  • Sojourn tax for overnight stays  
  • Daily residence tax if visitor is not staying overnight 

N.B tour operators or group travel organisers are responsible for paying the daily residence tax for each group arrival of tourists. Further information can be found here. 

The tax rate is decided by each municipality.
