Another great event!! Lots of quality appointments. Well organised as always. It’s great to have these quality events to meet up with new and existing buyers.

food is good, but during lunch the soda were not available upstairs and they did not refill. we asked for that because i was in meeting with customer but staff did not assist and said there is nothing more

Overall, I found everything very well organized as always. The meeting tool and the pre-event information were excellent and made it easy to prepare. However, I have a few comments: Coffee-break area: The available tables in the coffee area were quite small and there were not enough of them for short breaks. Since we sometimes have time between meetings, we need space to place our belongings and possibly do some work. Additionally, there were almost no power outlets to charge laptops. Contact list after the event: I would appreciate receiving a contact list with all relevant information in the form of a small booklet after the event. This would allow us to connect with participants even if no meeting took place. It would be especially helpful with WTM coming up.

The event was fab, buyer quality excellent. However, I had 8 no-shows due to the fact that people did not know they had to come to my table. Tom did a sterling job rounding people up after I told him what was happening, but this should've been made much more clear beforehand.
