I had more blank spaces than usual, and 3 appointments that were not relevant (suppliers outside the UK/Ireland). Seems strange when the booking process includes identifying business locations. Also, I could not find a way to cancel these appointments before the event.

Very well organised, our appointments were spot-on and the 12 minute slots were a great length for the day. I wish the event was on the Monday to fit in with WTM and Nordic Market Places but I understand why this had to be for this year. I really appreciated buyers being seated for this event as sometimes as a buyer I feel like I am selling our business instead of the other way around. The vegetarian food offerings were interesting and impressive - thank you for demonstrating how this can be done well.
