Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our Adventure Europe online event.

It’s good to know that the keynote session was a success and that many of you found the event valuable in terms of what was covered, meeting durations, and buyer types. Your feedback about no-shows and the challenges managing and retrieving contact details is most appreciated and we will work to establish better access and information to make your experience the best it can be.  We’ll also review the platform and meeting management system to streamline processes and functionality. Moving forward, our key aims are to improve communication around buyer expectations, as well as to provide clearer instructions on how to manage contact details.

We are committed to making Adventure Europe an even more effective platform for networking, learning, and business development in the future and we look to welcoming you again later this year.

A break of one hour should have been blocked for lunch. As meetings were arranged on the spot I was unable to have a decent break. Also, when someone requested a last minute booking the popup window did not allow me to check if a slot was available as that info was eclipsed by the popup and could not be moved across the screen.

The system needs a lot of improvement
First of all it is a must for buyers and suppliers to be able to cancel meetings in the system. The number of buyers was a bit disappointing. The worst thing was that we cannot see the e-mail address and the website of the meeting partners in the system. Until a few days ago I could see that in the portal of the meeting preferences. Hard to follow-up if you cannot retrieve the contact details of the one you meet or have met. Now that portal has been closed off. I can really recommend this system for meetings in the future: www.converve.com/

Thank you for this. Appointments are driven largely by what attendees request: it is a new step to let people cancel such arrangements. Nevertheless. we are exploring how we can introduce and encourage more flexibility into the process.

Toi many no shows and too little good fits. The platform worked very well.

Ok organisation but no chance to export integrated notes
I liked the agenda, the timeline (meeting durations and breaks), and also the type of buyers but I did not like the fact that it is not possible for me to download all the contacts together with the notes I took during the meetings.
