235 primary delegates attended the Nordic Marketplace 2025; 95 of these submitted a written assessment. With an average score of 4.5 out of 5, and nobody scoring it less than 3, was successful in terms of the survey.
For the first time the event was split over two days, with afternoon appointments on February 17th and morning appointments on February 18th. This was widely judged to be a success.
The general tenor of the feedback can be judged from the comments that we are able to publish. Of the 35 of those who chose to keep their comments confidential, the overwhelming proportion made positive statements particularly about the number of appointments and quality of operators. Those that levied criticism focussed around the quality and quantity of the food; we are raising the matter of the food provision with the hotel. The way the new appointment system worked also drew complaints as did the format of the event (where buyers are seated) and that many of the bigger volume clients were the same companies.
