World Travel Market (WTM) is a three-day business-to-business exhibition staged annually at ExCeL in London. WTM is one of the premier events for the global travel industry, attracting over 5,000 exhibitors and almost 51,000 participants. It is a unique opportunity for the whole global travel trade to meet, network, negotiate and conduct business under one roof.

World Travel Market 2019 takes place from Monday 2th November until Wednesday 4th November.

WTM London is open from 10am – 7pm on Monday, 10am – 6pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.

WTM is organised by Reed Travel Exhibitions. ETOA and Reed Travel Exhibitions are Industry Partners and have worked together on previous occasions.

At WTM London, ETOA exhibits with a three-open-sides stand. Members can book any of the 22 external desks and the 8 internal desks. External desks are bigger and have a storage cupboard, internal ones are smaller and have two small storage drawers. Every external desk has approximately 1.6 sq m (17.5 sq ft) floor space and the internal desk has approximately 2 sq m (20.3 sq ft) floor space. Companies are entitled to use only the desk(s) that they book.

The ETOA stand is the TP600, and is located within the International Hub, in the hall N9. Can be easily reached from the East entrance (closest station is Prince Regent, DLR).

Yes, both external and internal desks have space for company branding. External desks have a very visible 90×63 cm back-lit screen for their branding (company provides the artwork); internals have a vertical banner with the company logo printed on it. Co-exhibiting with ETOA gives access to additional branding opportunity, including the company logo on the website.

There is no space for roll-up banners on the stand. Other marketing collaterals are welcome, as long as they can be easily kept in the desk storage spaces.

Yes, both external and internal desks have enough surface space for two people to comfortably have business meetings. Every desk come with two tall adjustable stools.

Although desk storage spaces can be locked, it is advisable not to leave any valuable items unattended and to keep personal property with you at all times. The stand is not supervised or looked after out of the show opening hours.

WTM London organises speed networking events to introduce global travel suppliers with travel buyers in a series of quick face- to-face meetings. Starting from this year, a cost of £125 has been introduced to attend the Buyers’ Speed Networking sessions. The ticket allows guaranteed access to both sessions: one on Monday and one on Tuesday.
