ITB is a five-day exhibition staged annually at Messe Berlin, attracting over 10,000 exhibitors from more than 180 countries and 160,000 visitors. It is a unique opportunity for the whole global travel trade to meet, network, negotiate and conduct business under one roof.
ITB Berlin 2020 takes place from Wednesday 4th March until Sunday 8th March.
ITB Berlin is open from 10am – 6pm, and accessible for the general public only during the weekend.
ITB Berlin is organised by Messe Berlin. ETOA is an exhibitor.
At ITB Berlin, ETOA exhibits with a one-open-side stand. Members can book any of the 10 external desks and the 10 internal desks. External desks are bigger and have a storage cupboard, internal ones are smaller and have two small storage drawers. The premium desk has approximately 2.7 sq m (30 sq ft) floor space and the standard desk has approximately 2 sq m (20.3 sq ft) floor space. Companies are entitled to use only the desk(s) that they book.

The ETOA stand is the 320, and is located within the Hall 9. Can be easily reached from the Hall 9 entrance.

Yes, both Premium and Standard desks have space for company branding. Premium desks have a very visible 90×63 cm back-lit screen for their branding (company provides the artwork); Standards have a vertical banner with the company logo printed on it. Co-exhibiting with ETOA gives access to additional branding opportunity, including the company logo on the website.
Yes, both Premium and External desks have enough surface space for two people to comfortably have business meetings. Every desk come with two tall adjustable stools.

Although desk storage spaces can be locked, it is advisable not to leave any valuable items unattended and to keep personal property with you at all times. The stand is not supervised or looked after out of the show opening hours.
There are the two options for networking before and during ITB Berlin:
Attendees can contact other participants via the ITB Networker Directory, registering your stand staff with individual profiles and getting in touch with other exhibitors and trade visitors.
The Speed Networking takes place on the 5th of March. Once ITB activates the system we will send you a code to access the platform and start scheduling appointments with other exhibitors. All the regularly registered co-exhibitors have access to a maximum of 9 meetings, all of 10 minutes of duration each.
Any desk on the ETOA stand includes 2 exhibitor badges. Badges are valid from the whole duration of the show.
