Tour Operator and OTA Operating Guidelines
During the crisis, Tour Operators and OTAs have created operating guidelines to reassure both clients and staff of a safe re-opening, and to let people know what to expect on tour.
Below are some examples. While companies are taking note of government and WHO guidelines and good practice templates produced by trade associations (e.g. TOURCARE and WTTC guidelines below), in-house practice has been tailored to suit an individual’s company’s product and clientele.
These are offered as inspiration to other operators, and to give suppliers and partners an idea of what to expect when working with Tour Operators and OTAs.
