GEM is the premier
networking event, perfectly timed to maximise your face-to-face business
relationships.
The Global European Marketplace
(GEM) is a three-day event just prior to World Travel Market. GEM brings
together leading international travel purchasers and European
suppliers in a networking event that includes the ETOA
Conference, Workshop & Gala Dinner.
In 2008, GEM saw over 700 delegates attending over a three-day
period. This year we plan to increase this number, to make GEM
2009 ETOA's biggest event yet. Coinciding with our 20th
birthday, GEM will give us a number of opportunities to
celebrate this milestone together with our members.

Looking at the current industry issues, the Conference
provides an interesting and informative forum for
discussions on the topics affecting your business today,
including transport, ecommerce, climate change and
taxation. With keynote speakers and panel discussions,
the Conference has something for all members.

The ETOA workshop is the place to
meet, network and do business with the whole ETOA
membership. With over 150 tables of purchasers and over
300
leading European suppliers attending, the Workshop is
one of the biggest in the industry. In 2008, over 500
delegates attended and 5,000 appointments were made.
With additional networking opportunities to be held at
the post-workshop drinks party, the ETOA Workshop is the
place to be. This event is for ETOA members only.

The Gala Dinner is a black tie event and takes place on
the Saturday evening following the ETOA Workshop. The
dinner provides a further networking opportunity in a
more relaxed environment. Join us at the Gala Dinner and
help us celebrate 20 years of ETOA.
