Barcelona has seen a huge growth in tourism in the last quarter of a century from 1.2m overseas visitors in 1992 to closer to 10m now. This huge success has also presented its own challenges and it is important that the city works as well as possible for both visitors and inhabitants.
This event will examine how the city council can manage this state of affairs as well as provide examples from elsewhere in Europe.
Online registrations are now closed. Contact Nick Greenfield at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested to attend.
