Biography:

Serena graduated from the IULM University in Milan with a Master in Tourism Management, following her Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Operations for Tourism at the University of Cagliari. Serena joined ETOA in April 2009, after gaining experience in the field of Group Tourism and Events at Kuoni Destination Management UK in London.
