RECENT SEMINARS:

With thanks to: Regency London - The Churchill
Venue: Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill, 30 Portman Square, London W1H 7BH
Seminar: "Risky business!"

Your clients put their trust in you; you trust your suppliers. Who is liable if things go wrong?

Recent developments show that tour operator liability may extend to individual employees and agents. ETOA has invited experts in tourism law and insurance to lead a discussion about this core competence. Speakers included:

- Alan Lumsden, Vantage Insurance
- Laura Harcombe, Dawsons Solicitors

Topics discussed ranged from contracting and liability to best practice on tour.
