When registering online for ETOA membership or for one of our events,

forms. If you are registering for membership, we
use this contact information in our Yearbook and Membership Directory,
and it will be publicly available in the Directory section of this
site. If you are registering for one of our events, we use your
contact information to inform you of your appointment schedule and
any other information relating to the event your are attending.

If registering for membership, your contact information
will be publicly available on our website and in our Yearbook and
Membership Directory. If you are registering for one of our events,
your contact information will be available in the directory for
