Biography:
Jay Munro-Michell is Sales Manager for ETOA, with
the responsibility of developing and expanding the
membership base of tour operators and tourism
suppliers. With a background in tour operations and
group tour planning since 1999, Jay developed tour
product and sales for several years at European
tours specialist T4 Travel and gained further
commercial business experience in Australia and New
Zealand. Prior to his appointment at ETOA, Jay was
Sales and Marketing Manager for Leisure Pass Group,
where he worked with the European inbound travel
trade, to increase sales of London and Paris
Sightseeing Passes, as well as the Great British
Heritage Pass in close co-operation with Visit
Britain. Jay brings experience with hotel and
attraction suppliers, together with a thorough
understanding of tour operators needs in the online
and brochured agent arenas.
