GLOBAL EUROPEAN MARKETPLACE WORKSHOP
WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE WORKSHOP?
The aim of the Workshop is to bring together European suppliers,
International Tour Operators, Online Intermediaries and Wholesalers. It is
the opportunity to do a lot of business and network with key industry
players in one day under one roof.
HOW DOES THE WORKSHOP WORK?
Tour Operators, Online Intermediaries and Wholesalers take tables, and
Associate Members come to the tables according to their pre-arranged
appointment list. All delegates can request 15 companies they would like to
see in advance of the workshop. There are approx 36 appointment slots
throughout the day, each lasting 12 minutes.
HOW DOES THE APPOINTMENT PROCESS WORK?
Step 1 Registration - An invoice will be sent out to you once registration
has been received.
Step 2 Appointment Requests - You will receive an email from ETOA in early
October asking you to make your appointment requests online.

Step 3 Appointment Assignment - We will assign your appointments for you.
Please remember that you will receive appointments that you have not
requested as companies can also request you.
Step 4 Provisional Appointments - We will email you your provisional list of
appointments one week prior to the event.
Step 5 Final Appointments - Your final list will be given to you on the day
of the event.

HOW DO I SPONSOR GEM?
There are various sponsorship opportunities throughout the event, including
the workshop coffee break or lunch, advertising in the GEM Directory and
donating prizes for the Gala Dinner.
